Our "Vaal Super Barge" was built by a team of experts, under the supervision of naval architects and marine engineers during the year of 2005, on the banks of the Vaal Dam at Val La-Mer.

This awesome achievement in boating has a carrying capacity of 300 guests' banquette or cocktail style

We offer 1 cruise option per day for a 3 hour private charter,
departing and returning at the time of your choice
(Note: final departure time for any cruise is 6pm)

All our cruises are exclusively chartered for your group and our rate is inclusive of venue hire, DJ & technical staff, tables & chairs (Including white linen & white chair covers) as well as an onboard buffet with a choice of 2 menu's as broken down below, and a full cash bar…

Our rates are as follows:
R450 (Ex VAT), per person
Min group 40 PAX - Max group 300 PAX
Please Note:
Additional cruise time may be pre-booked at R2 000 per hour (Ex VAT)
An overhead projector & screen may be hired at R300 (Ex VAT)
DSTV may be hired for our 72cm TV in our "upstairs bar" at R150 (Ex VAT)
A full set of sun deck umbrellas may also be hired for the cruise at an additional
cost of R2500 (Ex Vat)

Booking and Confirmations
Please note that cruises will only be secured once a 50% deposit has been received. The outstanding amount is due 14 days before the cruise.
If the cruise is within 14 days of the invoice being processed, full payment will be required to confirm. No cruise will be confirmed until all money owing have cleared into our account. We will only accept cash or electronic payments - no cheque payments will be accepted.

Any cancellations, once confirmation and first payment has been made, will be subject to a cancellation fee. The 50% deposit will be retained should the cancellation be within 30 days of the cruise. The full 100% payment will be retained should the cancellation take place 14 days before the cruise.
Clients will be held liable for all cancellation costs.

Party Boat Charters will not be held responsible for weather conditions that may have an affect on the cruise. Party Boat Charters will not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage that may take place on the boat or in the resorts where the boats are docked. All guests will adhere to the rules and regulations of the boats and the resorts where they are docked. Any damages to property will be billed to the client.
